Welcome to Vietnam Veterans

The family of SSG. Jesse A. Ault invited the community to attend the unveiling of the "Staff Sergeant Jesse Ault Memorial Highway," a portion of Interstate 70 in Belmont County. The unveiling marked the fifth anniversary of the death of Sergeant Ault, who was killed in action on April 9, 2008 in Iraq. The memorial highway designation is the first interstate road naming in the history of Belmont County.

Every year many Vietnam veterans, Vietnam era veterans and their supporters attend the March 29th “Welcome Home and Thank You” service for all Belmont County  in front of the Belmont County Courthouse in St. Clairsville. 

The theme for this New Year’s party was “New York, New York”. All members and the post were adorned with black and silver party accessories and decorations. Everyone is treated to champagne, pork, kielbasa kraut, mash potatoes, green beans, and rolls. The evening includes music by a local group.  Mark your calendars for the next celebration.
